The deck height will not change if you put the Darton sleeves in a stock block. You can also run a stock head gasket with them. You can get these sleeves by contacting Darton and they will probably ask you to send a stock one to them and they will make however many you want. I'm not sure on an exact price but they are ductile iron and pretty much indestructible.
