To the best of my knowledge The adjustment that is really important is the free play. You should be able to push the pedel down about one half, to one inch, before you feel it get firm. That is when the throw out bearing comes in contact with the release fingers. Rule of thumb is 1/8 of a inch of gap from fingers to bearing if you have an inspection hole. I have experianced slip at low rpms out of my 2-135 and found that at low speed the over under pressure was a little low and would let it slip. I have had to keep my rpms up to avoid this. I hope to rebuild my over under this winter.
