well its all apart now. actually the pilot bearing was good, but for $7 will get a new one. there is still some flywheel side paint markings on the clutch, it seems quite good. lots of wear on the pressure plate fingers. definately needs a new pressure plate and will also get a new throught bearing. i did not chech tranny input shaft end play. thanks for all the help.
