Make sure the hydrapower shifts OK,hydraulics,the PTO isn't likely going to stop turning unless there's something hooked to it. That's normal for them. Excellent tractor otherwise. They are to Oliver what the 4020 was to Deere. I use mine more than any other tractor I own. Just a nice tractor for any job. Can't beat the Perkins engine. They finally wised up and put that engine in an 1855 and called it the White 2-85 and 2-105.
