Have you started shelling corn up there Yet? Down here in the lowest part of MI. Where just off US127 out 8 miles north of Ohio/Michigan line they"ve started this week on dads farm. Moister was around 20% but the biggest problem they said the small ears was going right on thru the corn head onto the ground. Never ran the new style JD combines they have out now. Like being in a cadillac. Last big combine I ran was a 7720. Computor he had in combine was figuring around 150 bushel to the acre on dads. To me thats good. I was surprized. We had rain off an on but if you was to 30 mile east of here toward Adrian MI. Some of the corn in that area bearly made it up to 3 foot high w/no ears. Soybeans so are combining it. Moister around 18 % but was having problems with the pods cracking open and fall on the ground before it got to the head. Been very dry around here. Next door neighbor took his beans off last and drill wheat and I see it up already. Mike

Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o
