N's have one common sump for trans/hydraulics/rear end. There are three drains underneath, one small one on the rear end, one near the hydraulic pump and one on the trans. Drain them in that order because it makes less of a mess. It holds approximately 5 gallons of fluid, so you'll need a big container. Work it to warm up the fluid first, then pull the plugs and let it drain overnight.
You didn't say what part of the country you're from but for use in colder climates use Universal Tractor Fluid (UTF) that meets Ford spec M2C134 available at TSC, Wal-Mart. In warmer weather, you will get better lift results with the OEM GL1-90W oil. Usually available at NAPA or Tractor Supply.
The drain and fill may not take the full 5-gallons. Pull the lower bolt on the round inspection cover and fill to that level.
The belt pulley is an attachment that bolts onto your PTO shaft. Unless you have a cord wood saw, you're likely not going to have the belt pulley.
