My understanding was that your loader has a hydraulic bucket and does not have down pressure on the lift. The original two spool control valve should have an IN, OUT and 3 work ports. The lift cylinders are single acting and the spool for them has one work port. The bucket cylinder is double acting and the spool that controls it has two work ports.
The Prince valve has two double acting spools so to use it in place of the original valve you would simply connect (tee) the extra work port on the lift spool to the return line. That will dump the unused oil from the ""down pressure " side of the DA spool directly back to the tank.
It would be very helpful if you posted a couple pictures showing the porting on your original valve.
