Here is my take on the Ethanol gas question. I use ethanol gas in my two 8N (48 and 52) I also use it in my push mower, riding mower and chain saw. The one thing I always, always due is add the correct amount of STA-BIL into my gas cans before filling them. I have been doing this for the last six years and I have eliminated all starting issues in any of my equipment. Just my .02.
