I got a new quadrant stop and what I thought was the correct friction disc. Well, this disc is huge. 3" across with a 1/2" hole. No way this is going to work without some trimming, it is cork though. I could just cut it down to fit, but I am unsure where it goes on the touch control lever? Inside or outside under the wing nut? Thanks, Gary.
Forgot to add, this is on a '52 side mount 8N.
