I'm sorry for not being clear. At one time in the life of this tractor, both ears have been broken off at the flange. The part that mounts to the intake. Someone took the broken pieces and the bolts and used a brazing rod to "weld" everything in place. It obviously worked up until the point that I removed the carb. Now the bolt,(it is the forward bolt, or the bolt on the flange that is most toward the front of the tractor), is broken off again.
