My tractor is a '51 8N - side mount - 12v. Hard to start untill warmed up, then starts o.k. The problem is that it has a tendency to fall on its face when I drive it.
What I've checked so far: Points - Blue Streak set at .025 Plugs - Auto Lite #437, set at .026 Timing - Static-timed, seems to be right - (I don't hame a light) Fuel flows a good stream from plug in bottom of carb. Checked fuel for water and found nothing. Found no debris or dirt in fuel. Plug wires are going to the correct plugs.
