I need one in the 4000-8000 pound range because mine is worn out and it never worked well anyways. Built fence with it yesterday and I had my fill.
To get to 4T on a double line puller you would need 1/2" cable. I think that is outside the range of most simple come-alongs.
That said Coffing hoists are well regarded and they make a 1T/2T puller - model number C404WNB (9/32 cable). Probably set you back the better part of $300.
Also might want to look at these pullers from Wyeth-Scott - they are a bit less expensive: Wyeth-Scott Pullers.
Another high quality puller is Lug-All but they are even pricier: Lug-All Cable Pullers
