i recently got a 1946 2n that has been changed to 12v. with a alternator.it will not charge i had the alternator checked and it is good . i can put my meter on the battery while running and it shows nothing at all shut it off then it will show 12 volts.what is taking all the juice when it is running.i can unwire the alternator and it will read 12v hook the wires back up and nothing maybe 2 or 3 volts at the most anyone know whats going on thanks RICK
