Any secrets to this? I got a hood I want to paint, and while I am stripping it I thought it would be nice to get all the hidden rust out too. Is there any trick to doing this short of removing the frame from the outer sheet metal? I thought about trying electrolysis but that needs line of sight for the electrodes.
Use to be a a place that dipped parts, would get every smidgeon of rust off, but they don't seem to be around anymore.
Removing the frame seems like it would be a hassle...
