I'd start by burping the pump. there will be a plug on the front top side of the pump.. rmeove it and spin engine over till oil bubbles out.
you could even then remove the pipe plug on the small option cover on the right front o fthe hyd cover and runt he engine over till oil came out there as well... then start her up and see what ya got... if you have oil, and no lift.. unload valve may be stuck.
