Brian, if you do have a 1943, its a rather rare duck and is actually a 2N and probably built as a Mag tractor. Now, you think you have a fuel problem. Go down to you local auto parts store and buy a radiator drain cock 1/8" NPT. Remove the plug in the bottom of your carb and install the drain cock. When you think your running out of gas, simply open the drain cock and check the fuel flow. This will also flush out the carb bowl.....Kelly.
