Because I don't have enough computer smarts to post a link, do an archives search on "the full story on"; the 22nd hit will be from 8/28/03 by llamas & it will tell you more than I could ever paraphrase. As I read it.......Ford/NH recommends their 134D fluid, and GL-1 is about as close to 90w mineral oil as you can get.
