My SMV sign has ridden at least 200 miles with no problems simply by wedging the holding bracket from Farm and Country or TSC into the three-hole (after 1947) "rocker" where we pin the top link. However, I'm strongly considering having that little holding bracket tack welded to the back side of the rocker . Legally, the correct place is in the middle of the tractor or implement, but I like the license-bracket idea posted here a lot. Mike
