Good advice so far. I want to throw one more thing out for thought-or discussion. If you ever let the grass get ahead of you and all you have is a finish mower you can be in trouble. You can get a decent looking cut with a 'bush hog' type mower but you can not knock down heavy stuff with a finish mower. Keep in mind that finish mower is riding on smallish wheels to get that smooth finish and the wheels go into or over all imperfections in the ground while the 'hog' is hanging on the three point or chains with only a tail wheel carying the rear. A good 'hog' type mower will cost about the same as a finish mower. More inexpensive mowers of both types are common. Costs are all over the board for both types. As far as mowing on hilly terrain; dangerous. IMO, the 'hog' hanging on the rear of an N would be more likely to give you problems than a finish mower. I have used both and consider the 'hog' a more versatile machine. Good luck in your decision. ray
