He didn't put a decimal point in the starting price of the original listing, so his $35.00 part got listed for $3500.00. That can happen in these auction listings, and I guess the seller is obligated to sell if the price he names is met. That is, it could be a real problem for him if the mistake was the other way around - like a $3500. tractor listed in error for $35.! No harm done here though - the seller saw his mistake and relisted the item at the correct price.
