Went to an auction near Maryland Line today. I stopped bidding at $1,475 because the steering was frozen and she was running on only 3 cylinders. But the sheet metal was good and aside from some improvised wiring and a tranny cover sealed with lithium grease, the tractor looked okay. It had a side mount distributor but a steering setup from 48-49. Running boards, starter, generator and oil cup were all battleship gray so this lady had some help. Funny thing is a Ferg TO-20 that looked rough but purred like a kitten went for almost as much - $1,875.
