How to clean out radiator fins....?

anybody have a good idea how one might go about cleaning out the radiator fins to get better airflow? I thought about a piece of wire, a pipe cleaner, a sandblaster (too ascared to do that), compressed air, sprayin it with the hose.
I bet there is something I had not thought of. I don't want to make any leaks for meself. Any ideas?
