Dell Ok... Now some stupid questions! 1)What does OEM stand for? 2)Is the resistor a 70s chrysler ballist resistor? 3)I told the parts guy at our local Napa store I needed a General RU 100 voltage reducer and he came back with a Napa VT6187 voltage reducer. He said he cross referenced it and its the same thing just a different brand. Will this work?? Your help is greatly appreciated. Mark
