That's a good question and I'll be glad to read the other answers you get to it. I have been brush hogging with my 8N for years, and since no one ever told me different, I have the top link in the top hole (it's easier to get to). I have an adjustable top link connector, so I control the front/back level of the hog that way. What I'm doing works fine, but I don't know if it's right or not. I guess we'll find out.
