We have 2 302's here on the farm, one super one non super. They will both pull 3-16's 4-14's and 4-16's. Our ground here consists of a lot of clay which makes plowing hard sometimes. I prefer to plow with the 3-16's with the 302, but it will handle the 4-14's just fine even in the clay. If I were taking it to plow days and such, I'd want a mounted plow, most likely a 3-16 because that's easier to load on a trailer and easier to maneuver in un familiar territory. Your 302 will handle the 4- 14's just fine but you need to consider the other things as well, loading it turning it etc. I've pulled the 4-16's with my super before I rebuilt it and it did fine but the front end was light no matter how many suitcase weights I put on it. I probably wouldn't want a 4 bottom semi-mount plow behind my 302 for plow days. It'll be long to turn around at the headland, and be harder to haul than a 3-16 mounted plow. Our 4-14's were a set of 5-14's once before the torch got to them, now there mounted 4's which plow really sweet.
