Thank you all for the comments. After considering them, I contacted a company that specializes in sheet metal restoration in our area. They advised they could repair it ready for paint for around $200.00. I think that's probably fair enough. The tractor is a wide front with serial number 18200021 which, I assume, makes it a 1960 model and the 21st 4Star Diesel made. After reading some other posts, I was hoping that it was a super because it has the chrome strip on top with the chrome V, but as I read further, it appears that the chrome and V were common to all 4 Stars. Since I bought it in pieces, I sure hope I have them all. Thanks again for your comments.
