This going to sound stupid but when I've struggled with things like this I start switching parts. I have several LPG tractors and a lot of parts around. If you can, put a gasoline carb on it and put some fuel to it, see if you can positively identify carburetion as the problem. Your 930 is likely Ensign and not a particularly good candidate for a swap for LP. But if you have anything else LPG that would be easier, swap that. I've been stymied to the point of switching carbs and mags and distributors. We've got to eliminate the potential problems. Do you have good vacuum? That is, if you roll the engine and put your hand over the intake on the carb., does it suck hard on your hand?
