"R" cab info. as what I have been told about them: 405 were built. Production was stopped at the start of WW 2. Selling price was around $ 175.00. They could be installed at the factory or one could be bought latter for dealer installation. There are 2 or 3 styles types , due to small variations. As of this past summer there are about 85 to 90 known, some restored , some not. The following guys are very well informed on " R " cabs Rex Mercer @765 778 3868 Butch Fuder @ 218 736 4769 We were able to get ours bought in 1980,It took several yrs. to get it restored and mounted.
