I dont think you can find a kit. The rings are the same as a u. You can use the valves from the u but you most ream out guides and use the keepers and spring retainers from the u.Gaskets for the bottom end are also pretty much the same but the top end is different. There are places that make custom gaskets and can be found on the net. You may be able to reuse head gasket, I did on my KTA, cleaned it up and coated it with copper coat. You also can make alot of the other gaskets form gasket paper.The bearings are babbit and should require only setting up by removing shimms. Dont take it to the junk yard, it can be fixed if take the time and spend a little money
