Under the seat is a plate, remove that plate and check the lift valve. Make sure it isn't stuck and still "oscilating". the shock may have caused that valve to malfunction. I'm taking into account that brakes, brakes, steering, pto and seat all work. Also have you tried lifting the arms with the quadrant in the "draft" position, you may have a bent or broken linkage. Try turning the draft control knob behind the seat, the shock may have bent that mechanism as it is quite exposed. Pressure taken from the ports on cylinders should be 2000psi when arms lift. A service manual or I&T go through troublshooting this problem in great detail. One other note this sytem is completely different then John Deeres althouugh it may look similar.
