I am wondering if anyone can help me, i have just purchased a MF175 or 178 i am not which it is, the compliance plate has been 2 packed painted over, are there any mechanical giveaways that will identify the tractor model? I was told that the MF175 had i high steering arm, and mine is low, however i have since been told that a later version of the 175 also had a low steering arm, so i desperately trying to find ways to identify my tractors model.
