Hi Jim, There could be problems but try this first. Follow the MP linkage down to top of trans case. There is a tiny shaft coming up out of the housing and a clamp surrounds it. Loosen that clamp,make sure free of the little pin-push down on the pin and up on the clamp as much as it will go, then retighten. Be sure the multi power shift lever is all the way up. Works a good percentage of the time. Chuck
