I would stay far away from any deal like that. I don't know all the particulars of shipping tractors to Africa, but the Cat dealer I worked for once sold a couple scrapers down in South America. Those machines had to be completely spotless before they could be transported. We literally had to remove every shield, belly pan and so forth to make sure there was no dirt left on them before they could be accepted for shipment. And that's not to mention what you said about U.S. funds, the hassles of arranging shipping and so forth.
