Phil, I have used a foot clutch for a #5 and it bolts to the left axle on the back side. Then there is the long rod assembly that goes back to the mower. I have a #5 I use now that they made to fit a 3 point. They took off the front mounting bar that you would bolt to the begger bars then put the three point ears bolted through that existing hole. Problem is that you must use a hydraulic cylinder or else the old manual lift bar cause the foot clutch won't work. Also, the hydraulic won't work quite right if your power trol isn't set right or else you lift the 3 point and have a heck of a mess. You would also need to get a longer PTO shaft since you add a lot of distance between the mower and tractor now. I actually like the setup but don't have that many acres to mow.
