The pump is making a loud Whirr noise, the discharge line has a strong vibration in it.
My son says the same, "just take it apart". He is across the country right now so he cannot help me. I have replaced the main shaft and bearings in one before. I have never taken apart the stroke control valve and outlet valve. I am concerned about getting them adjusted right. JDH-19 looks like the tool I need for the outlet valve and the stroke control valve may be just setting the pressure. Any comments about adjusting those two valves? Yes, the rest of it looks reasonably straight forward. Thanks for your comments. Paul
