My 38' B is not getting oil up to the governor nor to the tappets. However, the oil pressure gauge on the side of the governor housing shows good oil pressure when it's running. I removed the crankcase cover and didn't see anything obviously wrong with the piping/tubing coming up from the oil pump, but mine is not a trained eye either. Logically, I'm assuming something is plugged or not connected. Before I start taking things apart, can you give me an idea of where to begin or how to proceed? Thanks!
