Several things can cause low oil pressure with your "H". One being engine bearing wear. Another could be gasoline in the crankcase thinning out the oil....if the needle valve stuck open in the carb .....gas from the higher mounted tank would flow into the crankcase. Check the condition of your oil and if OK and your gauge is correct then you can manually adjust the oil pressure on your "H". There is a pipe plug below the pulley. With engine stopped remove the plug and insert a long flat screwdriver and turn clockwis ... Good luck, Rich
