My son has this tractor and his wife told me that when she drove it into their garage last fall it didn't want to move the way it usually did and she just barely got it into the garage. I was out visiting a few weeks ago and was going to try to figure out if there was enough oil in the hydro. But be damned if I could find a dip stick or sight glass anywhere.
Since that time I talked to a guy selling parts for this tractor and he told me that there is supposed to be a dipstick on the filler cap. If so, this one doesn't have that. Since I'm trying to help my son long distance, does anyone know how to check the hydro oil level? I don't have a manual for the thing. It surely isn't a top of the line tractor but it did serve the purpose for them. Any help with this would be appreciated.
