I have been fighting with a 2030 off and on here, I have it narrowed down to the pressure control valve, and ordered parts for it this morning. On mine the hydraulics would work fine, loader would cycle nice at half throttle, go to full throttle and the priority/pressure control would slam shut, kill every thing but the steering. In the beginning the main pump had a outlet valve that backed out, this caused the hydraulics to pulse badly, repaired the pump and pulled the control valve sleeve out and the orifice had been beat up ,changed the sleeve and orifice out, still had this pressure kick out at high RPM's...so after isolating every thing I have decided that the bore of the pressure control valve is worn, letting oil get past at full flow, slamming the the priority valve shut till the pressure bleeds of and then after re-starting the engine it will work fine till full throttle again kicking out....Oohh yes I hate this Darn system, they are tuff to sort out...
