In this area, north central KY, when 60's were new they came with a 2 bottom plow. The 620 and 630 would do a decent job with 3-14's. I am old enough that I grew up with these old tractors and I know that without depth control, you need a land wheel. Even Super M's here were mostly 2 plow tractors. One neighbor pulled 3 with his, but it was in 2nd gear with loaded tires and several weights. I used to pull 5-14's with a 4020, with a turbo and a bunch of weights. I am not a fan of loaded tires. I now have a 966 with 4-16's and some places with a rack of front weights it will carry the front wheels off the ground in some of our clay spots. A stock 4020 here is a 4 plow tractor.
