I tried to save a small 830 John Deere 3 Cylinder from going to the local scrapper but couldn't get the deal done. However, the owner did agree to a nominal amount to let me strip off a few parts before he hauled it off the next day. He had this tractor rebuilt two years ago, but it blew a hole in the side of the block last fall due to a rod bolt breaking. I have the injectors (new 75 hours ago, fuel lines, injector pump, starter w/solenoid (rebuilt 75 hours ago), hood (pretty straight), side screens (decent/better than most), battery cover (straight), both 3 point arms with the lower connecting rod with bushings and upright lift pieces. I'm not sure what other tractors these fit. I'm not a JD man, but thought I should try to save something. A friend of mine got the wheels and tires and the shaft for the injector pump. Some of these parts are on eBay and end tonight. If they don't sell, I guess I'll try to make a package deal on them. What do you JD guys think? Thanks.
