Black. Not quite gloss...I am happy with satin although it maybe should be just a tad glossier than satin. Next time I am gonna try a tip I got from Rick on American Restorations; Mix some corn starch with gloss to dull it a tad. I may be wrong about this part, and I am sure I will hear it if I am: but I believe if you want to be 100% color correct the pully should be green.
