I did the set on our old 1965 ? Ford 1 ton many years ago. Split rims are easy to change. That's why they made them. Everything needs to be clean and in good shape so the lock rings go into and stay into the grooves. We bought a clip on air chuck to air them up. Wrapped a log chain loosly around them ours had big openings in the rim centers and then also set the loader bucket down on top of them.Turned the air on back at the compressor and stayed back. All went fine with no misshaps.
