Sometime "before long" I'm going to have to replace the clutch facings in my 70. As you know, the price of the ones bonded to the two metal pieces is a bit "salty". I've noticed that the facings themselves are the same as the free facings. Is it possible to take the worn out metal ones to a brake shop, have the remains of the facings removed and new ones bonded on? If so, would the cost really be cheaper than "new" ones? Thanks and a happy Thanksgiving to you all!! AF70
