Tx Jim Is right, clean the filter, it is starving the pump of oil and causing the pump to heat up. The filter contains a micro screen and it has to be cleaned with something that will dissolve the coating on the screen not just washed in gas and say good enough. Stand it on end and pour full of oil, if it is slow running out, it is not clean ! It would also be a good time to flush the transmission case and change the oil. Jo
