The three-point is from Reugg Hitch. The three-point on a 318 is attached to the mower deck lift at the back of the tractor. If you can raise your mower, then you've got that part.
I bought the plow and disc new from John Deere last year. I don't know the model number, but there is only one option.
These new attachments use the limited Category 1 hitch, as found on the X700 tractors. Older garden tractor plows use a Category 0 hitch. Ruegg has both size hitches.
The only way to get a rear PTO is to find a used one. They sell for about $1000. Search eBay for "318 rear pto" and you'll usually find a couple.
