Thanks for the input. Not sure as I said, but looks to be a 12, and the "A" or not, will find out - at least now know the difference. Am taking a measuring tape as well. Am actually going for a disc and cultivator, and whatever else might fit on the trailer, but the combine is sort of on the way. I'm out here in B.C., and we don't farm much for grain crops (no flat areas big enough to bother much except far northeast), so if this looks as good as I remember, and I can't justify it, I may throw this out for anyone interested. Have a "D" to pick up later this summer in south central Saskatchewan, so will be past the combine a few times to check/recheck for shop fit. Actually asking about preserving a J-D on here is a real no-brainer, right ? I'll get photos this trip and post for exact ID. It could also be a 10, check out the similarity on this link. Thanks
