Though the 1050's are generally pretty tough little tractors, proceed cautiously if the loader has been on the tractor all it's 2700 hour life. Lots of hours of front end loader work can be pretty tough on a tractor as the $2000 worth of front end work and front axle driveshaft may indicate. Be sure to look at the entire front axle for oil leaks. Look at the front axle pivot point for wear. Look the front support over good for possible cracks. Loaders are tough on clutches too.
