The early 1953 model 50's made in 1952 did not come from the factory with the oil pressure gas shutoff system. So we first have to find out if this tractor has had one installed in the field. If it does not then gas is probably getting into the oil through the carburetor. The needle and seat must be leaking. Does the tractor have a manual fuel shut off? You can get the bowl off the carburetor w/o removing the carburetor off of the tractor. Check whether the needle and seat is truly stopping the fuel when in it upward most position. Also check to see if by chance the float might have some fluid inside the float.
