I have a MH No 6 semi-mount mower that I use occasionally. It is designed to bolt to the swinging drawbar hitch that most row-crop tractors were equipped with. On my Oliver 770, I just swing the drawbar all the way to one side, so it lines up with a bolt hole on the mower hitch, and bolt them together. The other side of the mower hitch with the multiple holes lines up with the other side of my tractor hitch frame, and I drop a pin through a matching hole. The reason for the piece with the multiple holes is so you can adjust the angle of the mower bar. The end of the bar should have about 4 inches of "lead". It wasn't really designed to attach to your Ford, but you may be able to get the mower bolted to your tractor hitch with a little custom engineering.
